Round the Bend Preserves began when both my apple trees and my friend's pear trees had bumper crops. Inspired by my best friend, I began making jams, then branched out into chutneys and jellies.
Round the Bend sprang to life shortly after the first batch and everything is now prepared in a certified commercial kitchen.
I use locally grown produce to ensure the freshest ingredients,
and keep the sugar to a minimum to let the natural flavours shine.
